Love my Steamer 2017-10-22
Wish I had bought sooner,love the way the kitchen floor is dry to walk on after a couple of minutes,Windows sparkle, and makes light work of hob.

This is a super steamer. Lightweight, easy to fill, fairly quick to be able to use, can't tell it is refurbished model. This steamer made light work of the grubby inside of my husbands garage door. I have used all the tools provided and will be looking to add more. Much easier to use than my old 9 in 1 machine, (not Karcher model) I can see that I will be making use of this steamer whenever I clean because it is so quick and easy to use. Thank you Karcher!

Bought this for £40, was a bit dubious but arrived quickly, well packaged, few minor cosmetic blemishes, used it to steam clean tile floors, unlike some steam mops the floor clean head will allow you to use any type of cloth as it just clips in and then used the hand nozzle to clean a very greasy cooker extractor hood which took seconds to do with no hard rubbing.

Main reason for purchase was to clean conservatory floor, which is made from woodplastic composite. Came up well, and much easier to use than jet wash brush, and Dried much quicker.
Have enjoyed using the steamer. Have cleaned everything including carpets. which I was going to replace but now dont have to as they look so clean.

Really good value for money. Excellent cleaning results on floor, tiles and even got rid of all the dog slobber on the car windows!! Packed well and despatched quickly. Would definitely recommend using the Karcher Outlet and will use them myself again.

This product is fantastic. Just what I expected from Karcher as I have owned a Karcher pressure washer for over 15 years and it is still performing really well. The steam cleaner did a miraculous job on my very dirty and greasy hob. It cleaned the kitchen floor in half the time of the conventional mop and bucket. I can't wait to try it on the windows. Also, the delivery service I received from Karcher was fast, polite and very efficient.
this arrived almost as new although the screw lid to the water tank was extremely stiff and had to be undone with pliers to start with due to scale build up. However, once in operation, it seems to work well and I've tried it on lino, carpet, the oven and lamp shades all with great success. Very easy to use and so far efficient and no problems. Will probably need to descale regularly as in very hard water area.

Had been after a steamer for a while but was unwilling to pay £100 plus for one as I could not be sure it would perform satisfactorily. I friend of mine had just purchased this model and raved about it, having purchased refurbished Karcher items before I went to see what was available, hence the purchase of the SC1020. Have used it a couple of times so far and am very pleased with the results in the bathroom, kitchen and on carpets. The refurbished model looked brand new and performed as new, am very pleased with purchase.
When this arrived I was a bit daunted by it and didn't open the box for a couple of weeks but once I'd picked up the courage I found the instructions easy to follow and it all the pieces fit together well for storage. I've only used this twice but am impressed!
I've used it on the inside of my conservatory windows and had great results. They're usually left covered in streaks no matter what I do, and I'm left exhausted! But, not a streak in sight after steaming and just a very quick wipe off with a microfibre cloth means the job was finished in a fraction of the usual time. It was also great for the inside of my car windscreen which is horrendously smeary when driving in bright sunlight.
I've also steamed floors, wall and floor tiles, kitchen cupboard doors, worktops and mirrors all with good results.
I cut up an old towel and made myself some extra cleaning cloths for the floor and hand held tool, which means I can just change them after a dirty job and carry on using the cleaner with a clean cloth.
I'm now looking forward to finding new things to clean and will try it on the outside of my windows.

What a great product this steam cleaner is. It replaced a now defunct steam mop and immediately the difference in performance was apparent. whats more the price was right and the delivery spot on the time allocated -well done everyone at karcher Outlet-Ill be back!

As new, usual Karcher quality and service, obviously cannot rate for reliability yet, but if as good as my Karcher power washer it would get 5 stars!
