I am always dubious about buying second hand or refurbished appliances but as these are sold by Karcher I thought I would give it a try. I could not be happier with my purchase, the cost was less for the machine, two heads, spare blades, spray bottle and pad was less than the machine alone new. I now have very clean streak free windows I can see through and I am saving £10 a fortnight on window cleaner charges.
