I had severe reservations about buying a refurbished product but thought I would take a punt considering what a bargain price it was for sale for. I bought the Karcher SC1402 Refurbished Domestic Steamer to use in our B and B for cleaning anywhere that needed it especially the shower areas. It performed these tasks better than I had expected and even removed limescale where I couldnt get fingers or brushes. The ease of filling the tank and not having to wait for pressures to drop etc was a bonus. The product came sealed in packaging and looked like it had never been used, which I still believe it hadn't. Very impressed with the service and would definitely use again.
