K3.80 replaced with K550 2013-06-07
i ordered the K3.80 but was notified after 3 days that it wasn't in stock. i ws pffered an upgrade to the K550. which i accepted so this review is for that model..easy to assemble, was classed as refurb but is like brand new without any larks on it whatsoever. Have used it with the T250 racer and cleaned a large patio area and large driveway.Excellent product and exceptional value for money. Why pay retail prices when goods from the outlet are same but much cheaper.
Delivered the next day after ordering, very good service, yes the machine does have some cosmetic marks, but still great value. Cant comment on reliability as only had it for a couple of weeks.
Was missing a male hose connector, contacted Karcher outlet and was sent out within a week, thank you.
All in all, well pleased, you can't go wrong.
Excellent product and fantastic service. Very fast delivery. Only thing that could have been better would have been the appropriate allen key, but I managed to make do.
Arrived on time, and is like new. I purchased this washer with the upgrade to 12 month warranty, so just like buying a new one. Excellent value. Can't comment on reliability yet as only just received it.
A great and economical way to buy Karcher products. Pressure washer delivered next day and hardly distinguishable from a new item.This is my second Karcher washer the previous one was 11 years old and the replacement came in at a half the price of the original machine.
Good machine, easy to use and a good price as it's a refurb.
Only given 3 for reliability as i've had it a week and used it once so I can't really comment on that.
Delivery was prompt and overall I am very happy with the service and product.
Set up and switched on and it worked perfectley. Have to wait for reliabilty assessment.

Karcher products are well respected and high quality. The K3.80 is no exception and has proved simple to use and very effective. The unit I purchsed was "refurbished" and arrived in a plain box. I would consider it to be "as new" and unmarked. It showed no signs of use. Great price too. Any queries I had were answered very quickly and the unit arrived the next day. Excellent experience all round - many thanks! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Fantastic value,as good as new,just a couple marks on the lance but to be expected with a refurbished machine.
Karcher is the brand name for pressure washers so I expected to be impressed. I was a bit unsure about buying refurbished, a first for me, but should not have worried. Service was 1st class, delivered next day on this occasion, and the goods in virtually new condition. Excellent value for money and a real dirt-buster.

This item was described as refurbished but every component appeared to be unused. I have only used it on three occasions but it performs remarkably well. The only issue I had was that one screw was missing from the casing but that was easily overcome.
This does just as it states I was using it the day after I ordered it, good service
