Excellent machine. It was bought to replace a nearly 20 year old machineand cost 23rds the price paid in 2003. It was easy to assemble and worke straight from the box. It has been reliable so far.
If you have screw on hoses and want to keep using extensions etc. Always check withKarcher first as I originally ordered the slightly later model with a hose winder and they wouldn't fit so I had the hassle of getting it exchanged for the right model. Which The Outlet did with no problems.
An easy to use solid piece of kit - I say reliable (only had it 2 weeks) based on my previous use of a Karcher Pressure washer and the strong build quality.

Prompt delivery, very well packaged and works like a dream. My only slight critisism is that there were no screws in the package to fix the handle to the unit, which was a bit of a pain....that said a quick trip to BQ fixed that...
Straight out of the box, took 2 mins to set up, filled the detergent bottles, rinsed off car with detergent. Left for short period, then rinsed off. Fantastic, removed all the debri off car, soaped off car then rinsed off. Great pressure washer, can't wait to wash car again.
Because it was easier I purchased the product and had it delivered to my UK address, and later had it shipped to my address in Spain, upon opening the box everything was there apart from the instructions which I later downloaded from the internet, they are quite bulky, it would have been easier with a copy of the original, apart from that everything is as described.

With regard to instructions, they are put on the website to save wasted paper for those who do not use them, also they are always there for when you cannot find them.
The machine is first class but as it was a reconditioned unit there was no instructural manual so had to guess how it assembled and how to opporate it, still not sure how the plastic deturgent bottles fit!
I was pleased with the cost of the reconditioned unit until I saw a new one for sale in a department store which was only £40.00 dearer and it came with a free patio cleaner unit and of course an instruction manual!

The first pressure washer we have bought. Previously borrowed friends and neighbours machines. This is much bigger and more powerful. Using it for cleaning up having just built a 65 sq metre patio. This works well for cleaning out the gaps before grouting too - I am sure it will work for the rest of the patio when we are finished. It managed to clear the algae and moss of some older slabs we wanted to re-use.
