Came quickly, went together with no problem. Had to wait a week to give it an initial test but works as expected. Can't comment on reliability as yet but my last karcher lasted 10+ years from new with vigourous use. The k4 eco is a lot quieter compared to my old kb1010 and has a nice long mains cable.
washer arrived in good condition, had some scuffs but was a refurb so is to be expected and has no effect on the working of the product.

I was surprised that it came in several pieces but followed the step by step instructions and had it together in no time. once powered up and connected to water source, mains and water butt! it was straight into action. with a winding drum for the hose and plenty of storage for the power cable, I was really happy with its operation.

Reading the reviews. I have to say this was the most easiest trasaction ever made within minutes. The product is refurb' but you cannot tell and the savings made I will upgrade my Warranty. 2 parts were missing and Karcher and the team kept in touch via this WebsiteMail and deliveted the items as requested. Tracking even updated there site with proof of Address and delivery "TOP Man Mukesh" -) .. Buy with confidence ....

Received K4 Eco 3 days after ordering, checked out and in good working order, was missing the bottom holder and filter, informed Karcher on Monday and received them on the Wednesday, kept well informed with the delivery of the K4 and the missing parts. Excellent service.

Early days as I have only had this pressure washer a short while. Unit works well and is easy to transport and store, helped by the storage reel for the pressure hose. The "Eco" mode is explained in the manual. Based on experience with other Karcher products I expect many years of reliable service form this pressure washer.
