What is Damaged Packaging?
This is NEW stock item that has been retuned as the packaging is not in AS NEW Condition . Inside there is a brand new unassembled machine with full warranty from Karcher UK Ltd.
The Karcher K2.311 is a mobile, compact machine in the Karcher Outlet line-up for 2013.
This durable entry-range unit is ideal for a small-medium sized domestic environment. The pressure washer can cope with a whole range of cleaning tasks including: Path, Patio and Decking, Walls and Garage doors, plus Vehicle Washing.
The unit also comes complete with the new T50 T-Racer, a patio and path, decking and vertical surface cleaning attachment from Karcher. Another included accessory is the Dirtblaster that increases cleaning power by 50% for stubborn soilage and marking such as mould spots.
The K2.311 features a high-quality N-Cor pump to reduce noise pollution and an impact-resistant, recyclable plastic casing effectively prevents dirt particles from damaging the motor and pump.

I had read mixed reviews on the Karcher Outlet store online prior to this purchase but I can now confirm I was more than happy with my experience here.
The unit I bought was listed as brand new in damaged packaging, however I recieved a brand new item in original packaging that was in more than perfect condition. The original price of £150 was also still on the box which gave me a nice warm feeling. Used it a few times to wash the car and it is more than man enough for the job. Fingers crossed reliablilty is as good as stated.
The Product is Good, However when I received the Pressure Washer,(which was sold with damaged Packaging)I had no idea
What the package should contain. So I e-mailed yourselves to request an inventory (I think that this should be included in every package) I still have not had a reply 10 days later. Other than that the product is good and a superb replacement of my previous 11year old Karcher
