I ordered on Monday and the item was delivered at 1 pm Wednesday.took me 5 minutes to assemble. Connect it to the hose and electric, did the job in no time. Great product and service.thank you.
My previous 2.94 Karcher went to that pressure-washer scrapyard in the sky after many years of faithful service, that being a refurbed unit from Karcher Outlet too.
So it was a no-brainer when looking for a replacement, slight upgrade to a 3.5 with the water-cooled motor.
Bigger unit, same build quality, and wouldn't know it was refurbed other than some slight surface scuffing which would have happened within a day or so anyway.
With it's range of attachments the solidly-built water-cooled K3.500 has thoroughly cleaned everything I've applied it to.Front and rear patios and moss-covered garden paths made of concrete, block paving and building bricks. I never had to use the expensive detergent bottle supplied, only cold water from the mains with nothing added. Although 'Refurbished' it's performance was superb. The cosmetic marks on some pre-used accessories supplied don't matter. Bought at a bargain price and got excellent service from the personnel at the Karcher Outlet. Very pleased and if I ever buy another pressure washer it will be a Karcher water-cooled model, not one of the other brands of cheaper, smaller air-cooled washers available in many other stores.
What an excellent piece of kit, really made a difference to our patio.

After only a few days of use we are very happy with what we got for our money. "Look and feel" is rather new than refurbished.
Ordered online at 4.30pm arrived next day at 11am. Item was well packed to avoid damage. It looked brand new, there was no evidence of previous use other than there was some residual foam in tranparent plastic tubes linking the washwax container. Only used it twice so far and it performed as expected. I was sceptical at making the purchase because it was half the cost of a new one but i'm very glad i did.
Helpful advice and easy purchase procedure. Good feedback and delivery and the kit was clean and functions well.
Excellent product, went half's with my neighbour to save cost, spent all Saturday afternoon cleaning the back yard of my house and two of my neighbours none stop I couldn't put it down it worked so well.
The pressure washer arrived within 4 days of purchase including the weekend,looked like new no marks or scratches on the main body, came without the original box as they tell you but you would never know, washer works perfectly and is so easy to use,I find the cutoff for the unit when you release the trigger an excellent idea,the power of this model is ideal for cars and patios and the way everything stores away for ease of storage in the garage is a big plus,I would recommend this product to anybody thinking of purchasing a pressure washer and can't rate this company highly enough.

Bought the K3.500 to replace a K432 Super that served me for 10 years before finally getting a little tired !
The 432 Super had the water cooled motor so I went for the K3.500 with the similar power unit, and if it serves me as well as my old Karcher..... I shall be well pleased !
Arrived by next day delivery...well packed in strong plain cardboard box with instructions and included accessories neatly packed too ! Totally unmarked and in better shape than many "on display " units in the DIY stores !
Cannot determine any difference between this refurbished grade and a "brand new " offering from other stores .
On testing , I found a great performance and more than adequate pressure and flow rate for any domestic jobs. If the more robust water cooled unit of the K3.500 stays the course as did my previous kit...then this will be an even better value purchase !
Always used to drain the old unit thoroughly before winter...and always gave the motor a "breather " on large drive patio cleaning jobs .......Just a habit I got into , but it paid dividends by a offering long untroubled service .The build quality of the K3.500 looks well up to par ...so here's hoping for another good few years service ! Apologies for the late review as I only tested the pressure washer out by cleaning our 3 Keter sheds the same week I purchased it, approx. 2 months ago.
It wasn't until today (20 June 2012) that I used it in earnest with other attachments (that I kept from a previous purchase) to clean our concrete yard and steps, 3 lances and a patio cleaner.
The K3.500 lifted the 'algae' and dirt with no effort and I'm very pleased with the ease of use and power it delivers.
I only gave it 45 for reliability because I'm going on a previous Karcher purchase (one of the K2 models) and that only lasted 2 years or so. We'll see how this goes, but so far ... so good !
Very pleased also with the chance of buying this as a 'refurbished' (don't be put off by the terminology !) unit ... it was brand new, just checked over and re-boxed. The savings were great.
I'm now going to purchase an 'angled spray head' to clean my Cider casks out !

The only downside with this item is the lack of storage for tools, flex and hose. If I had researched better I would have bought another karcher model with this. However overall great value for money and an excellent product.
Once I had decided the machine I wanted I just kept an eye on the karcher outlet website.I have to say that the k3.500 is an excelent machine, I wanted something to clean a large concrete area among other things it cut through the dirt and moss like a hot knife through butter, excellent! Although this was a refurbished model you couldnt tell the difference from new and any way if your going to use this to even half its capacity it will get marked but that takes nothing away from the performance,looking forword to many years of use for little money,as for the delivery,after i placed my order it was at my door less than 24 hours later,pretty good considering it had to be shipped from main land britain to Ireland,all in all an excellent purchase, excellent service from karcher, couldnt be more pleased.
Purchased on Ebay the washer was delivered very promptly. Everything works as it should, which is 'very well' and seemingly quite powerful for a domestic machine.
As I have only had the machine for a short time I have refrained from rating the reliability - though my last Karcher pressure washer lasted at least 6 or 7 years.
As I've only just bought this product I can't give a good rating on the reliability,but as for the rest I am pleased I went for the Karcher pressure washer K3.500 refurbished. Like new :-)

Really pleased with product, works brilliantly, also bought the karcher snow lance and autobrite purple foaming agent, and these 3 combined make washing my car a dream!!

I have not yet used the washer so can only comment on value for money. It has the appearance of a new machine, with no obvious indications that it anything but completely new.
Delivery was fast, and the washer was well packed, with full instructions.
This pressure washer replaced an old Karcher and so far has proved to be very good for all the tasks I have undertaken with it.
I am pleased I went for the more powerful model as it seems to do the job in half the time of my previous low powered one.
On the basis of the performance to date I would recommend this pressure washer.
Purchased to replace a model '210 plus', which had reached the end of a very well used and highly dependable 13 years of service.
This new model first used to wash the outside of my Park Home, during which it performed slightly better than I was used to. Following on I washed all the flags round the home and two large areas of block paving, again it was faultless.
What more can be said, it looks like a Karcher, it performs like a Karcher and it sounds like a Karcher, therefore its a KARCHER.
Ideal choice for all domestic, light commercial use.excellent delivery, brand new appearance. Already cleaned patio, drive and two cars.Would highly recommend.
For the price paid this is excellent value. I also bought the T300 patio cleaner as an 'A' grade far cheaper than the usual suspects. Its very easy to use connect your water supply, point and squirt. Used it quite a bit to clean old railway sleepers with great results. I can't comment on reliability as i've only had it a couple of weeks but overall i'm very pleased.
