Please note that the washer I received was the 5.7. No 5.9 models were available and so I was provided with an upgraded model at no extra cost - an excellent way of providing customer satisfaction. A fair amount of assembly was necessary but made very simple by use of the clear instructions provided. It is too soon to comment on reliability but if performance continues as it has started then I will remain a very satisfied customer.
