I purchased K4.600 pressure washer with accessories. The first one was damaged on delivery. Customer service arranged for the product to be collected promptly and it was replaced in 2 working days.
I am very happy with the purchase. It looks new and works fantastic. Patio was cleaned thoroughly.

Hi , To any one that is thinking about buying a new pressure washer , I have just cleaned one of the patio,s in just over an hour , fantastic , used to take me at least 3 .
The soap lance puts down a thick layer of foam then the swivel lance rips off the grime.
We are surrounded by connifers and they produce a lot of green moss like grime , that sticks to all surfaces, I have had a lot of trouble in the past using OTHER makes of pressure washers. Will not bother in the future trying to save a few pounds, this Karcher K 4.600 IS A GOOD BUY.
There was a outlet hose connection problem with the initial delivery which was quickly replaced.
The second one is faultless and cleaned our large block paved patio in less than a day. The 2kw other make took over 2 days the last time it was used!
Only word of cautution to new users - ensure you follow the washer draining instructions to the letter. With it having a water cooled motor they a different procedure and cant simply be tipped over and shaken.
Light to use, good controls,has to date all that I have asked it to do...........Could have brought a Wolf one a lot cheaper???
Easy to use. Patio washer seems flimsy but does a very good job. Would have liked a longer hose and one that wasn't hard inflexible when cold, but overall very pleased.
pros: Great value, easy to use,
cons: hose length a bit short at 6m, heavy on the cleaning fluid, can easlily use over half 1itre on just one wash of a volvo!
Very fast service, great product and price but, most of all, fantastic after sales!! I lect a message regarding the delivery of the item at 6.00pm one day and had a call back before 10.00am the following day to say the problem had been resolved and I would get the other item that morning and it arrived as specified!! 5 star service, thank you!!
I have only had the pressure washer for one month and have only used it once therefore it is too early to comment on reliability. It was delivered on time and I found it fairly straight forward to assemble. I have used it once to clean the patio and I found it very good, the T200 patio cleaner was very good, much quicker and cleaner to use. The pressure washer seemed to be quite powerfull and quiet.
Having used Karchers for years i have found this model to be very poor, great troule in getting the detergent to come out, i am very pleased i did not pay the full price for this model.I would buy another Karcher but never this one.
