Had a bit of a wait but that was due to faulty motors, but since it was delivered its worked perfectly every time.Next purchase a pressure washer.
We already have a Kärcher A2554 vacuum, purchased in July 2007 to support our lengthy self build. It's still doing sterling work. But we decided we need another to save having to move the A2554 between floors. We were, and still are, well pleased with the A2554. But we're absolutely delighted with the WD 5.200. It's like an A2554 on steroids. It delivers extraordinary suction from its 1600 Watts, comes with a decent array of tools, and a really useful feature allowing power tools with extractor attachments to connect to the WD 5.200 and automatically start it up when the power tool is activated. A must have!
Overall, an outstanding purchase.
This is a frank review, i bought this wet dry vac through the waiting list i waited about a week. I orderd on the 31st it arrived on the 4th [over a week end] that is very good and may i say the tracking actualy worked. It was very well packed, the machine it self had 2 small dents and i mean very small .5 mm, i would class this as perfect. Also there was a part missing ! one email and 3 days later a brand new part arrived from Karcher again excellent. I said i was going to be frank that was the bad part, this is the good part this is an excellent fast efficient web site and i will use them again when needs be, i have bought Karcher from your sister site and they were the same. Many many thanks. ps i've used this machine it is excellent.
Looked new out of the box and is perfect for my needs. Great for clearing saw dust and shavings as well as blowing grass cuttings and leaves from gravel. I really appreciate the power tool function providing dust extraction, and the 5 metre cable allowing versatile movement. Tool storage is great and the carry handle locking system is easy to use. Good value.
This is supposed to be a refurbish but i would be hard pressed to tell it from new. Had to wait a littel while fro the order to be fulfilled but arrived in good packaging and no damage.Only used it a couple of tiems so far for dry suction so all the other functions have tio be tried out! I have other Karcher products and they all seem to do a good job - the window cleaner vacuum is a joy and even I now clean windows!
did not want to spend too much but wanted a name I had heard of, as DIY kills household vacuums.

This "Refurbished" vacuum is just like brand new. I was not at home when it arrived and my daughter asked if she could unpack it and use it to hoover out her car interior. She unpacked it and had to assemble some bits and pieces, this was done with no problems. She was very impressed with the performance and ease of use. I have some building work being done inside the house and the machine has so far been able to cope with the small rubble, sawdust and has picked up just about everything else. A very good product at a very reasonable price. I would have no problems buying a refurbished unit again and would definately recommend friends to do the same.
