Karcher K3.575 Refurbished Pressure Washer 2013-10-08
Arrived quickly within two days of placing order. The main unit and vario lance had a few scuff marks on it but nothing I wouldn't have done after a few days use. Assembly was easy - common sense but I double-checked by following instructions anyway to make sure.
Have now used it twice with dirtblaster on what I thought was gray paving only to discover an entirely different colour underneath. Also washed car using vario lance. Reliability - so far so good. Fantastic cleaning power all round, great price great service. Would recommend.
I bought the K3.375 refurbed pressure washer early in the year so that had one for cleaning the patio this Spring. Availability might be a problem as we get into the better weather.
The Karcher Outlet people did a great job in supplying the pressure washer very quickly and everything happened as planned. I was advised when delivery would be made and that was that.
I haven't had the opportunity to use this pressure washer yet, what with all the snow around and the below freezing weather, but I have used two other Karcher pressure washers in the past and was so impressed that I was determined to have one of my own. I am now looking forward to the better weather this Spring so that I can give my patio and garden paths a good clean.
Very easy ordering process, excellent updates on progress (although estimated despatch date at the time of ordering was the 15th, yet on the 13th I received a text to say the order was being delivered today the 14th).
The refurb unit is as I would expect, there is minor wear to the raised Karcher lettering, but otherwise immaculate and works well (so far).
It would have been nice to get assembly instructions in the box too, but 4 screws, 4 holes and 4 bits of plastic with only 2 having matching holes doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure out.
So far, I'm very impressed with the whole process, lets just hope that the machine lives a long and happy life and I don't get to find out about the RMA process :)

All refurbished machines should come inclusive with user instructions which will also cover the assembly of the machine. If this is found to be missing simply log onto your account and report this to us and we will have a replacement manual sent out.

I have just received my Karcher K3.575 - after a carefully selecting one of the many typespackagesetc - I am very pleased with my washer. It arrived next day and was very well packaged. Upon examination of the washer it looks as good as new. They only noticeable difference is one of the wheels is slightly marked and there are a few scratches on the bottom of the unit, but otherwise spot on.
Hopefully I should not have to buy another Karcher - since they seem built to last - but I would recommend anyone to buy their Karcher from the outlet and save nearly 50 in the bargain. Puchased Oct 25th.
I've had a K1 series pressure washer for years and was very happy with it but this new K3-575 is in a different league. It was so quiet when I switched it on I thought it couldn't be very powerful - when I pressed the trigger I realised how wrong I was! Can't comment on reliability yet but I'm sure if I'm always careful to ensure the pump is flooded with water before switching the power on all will be fine.
Got a good price from Karcher Outlet but they delivered much earlier than expected which did cause me a few problems.

Got this to replace my old KB5050, fast delivery and used it for the first time today and what can I say. Amazing piece of kit!
What a bargain !!! Cannot distinguish from a new machine arrived very quickly and well packed hope to get many years use out of it as I did with my previous karcher washer

Had a cheaper karcher before but the difference with this model is excellent. It is far more powerful, a lot quieter and achieves a far better finish. Would advise anyone purchasing a karcher washer not to stint but spend a little more. It makes so much a difference.
Amazing quality from the outlet. Why would you ever buy a full price Karcher? The ability to bundle a dirtblaster to the package for only 8 quid (as opposed to 40) and a T racer for 25 means that, with postage, the whole bundle was still 100 pounds (40) less than buying it from Amazon or BQ. As for the unit, awesome quality, easy to use. And while mine had absolutely zero scuffs or signs of being refurbished when it arrived my dad managed to drop it within the first month, break a bit off (only trim, easy fixable) and scratch and scuff it, which would have happened with a new one anyway! Karcher Outlet all the way, no need to go anywhere else.

Bought the K3.575 as it was the top model in the 3- series range.Promp delivery,well packed. Unit looks brand new apart from a scuff mark on the pressure adjusting knob.Had to waite a few days to test it,due to all the rain but well worth it! 6 years of dirt grime blasted off 30mins.
My patio looks excellant.Only used once so can not rate reliability.
As a refurbished unit it has some cosmetic scratches but otherwise looks unused and brand new. More powerful than my old Karcher,it is in good working order with all the parts as described. An excellent buy
Reliability only had it just over a week.
Completely satisfied with the product performs very well looks brand new, service from Karcher Outlet excellent.
Would not hesitate to use the outlet again.
Machine arrived in good time, all pieces were in the box and easy to assemble, instructions a bit vague due to water damage, machine seems to work ok, but having only tested it i am unable to give a review on reliability.

Purchased this as a replacement for a 20yr old machine that finally gave in to our local hard water. What a step forward!
Assembled in 5 minutes and no signs that it was anything other than new! Put into use immediately, patio, paths, walls, etc. all cleaned in half the time compared with the previous washer. Detergent dispenser, hose and decibels all a huge improvement. If this one lasts like the old one it will be well worth the outlay and the delivery time of only 3 day was brilliant!
excellent item, delivery was quick and arrived well packed and very easy to assemble, was up and running in 10 miniutes, very sturdy item compared to other models, plenty of pressure , highly recommend this item

had a damaged one which was swapped within days without a quibble - great customer service - machine looks new, although yet to actually use it!!
My pressure washer was received within 2 working days of order. Easy to assemble an up and running within minutes!. The condition was "mint" and very hard to tell it was a refurbished item when compared to new. The washer has made light work of many outside cleaning jobs that my old washer struggled with. When considering the price I feel it was a great saving and will certainly tell others to look no further than the Karcher outlet website.
