Karcher K5.800 Eco!ogic Refurbished Pressure Washer
The K5.800 Eco!ogic Pressure Washer is the most advanced & environmentally friendly pressure washer in the Karcher line-up for 2012.
This tough mid-range unit is ideal for a large sized domestic environment. The pressure washer can cope with a whole range of cleaning tasks including: Path, Patio and Decking, Walls and Garage doors, plus Vehicle Washing.
The unit also comes complete with the variable pressure lance for general washing and low pressure detergent application and a water suction hose for using water from harvested supplies such as water butts, ponds etc is also included.
The K5.800 Eco!ogic features the new X series water cooled induction motor/pump reducing energy use, water wastage and increasing motor life through the advanced cooling. To reduce energy use and water wastage even further the K5.800 also features an ecologic switch saving 20% water and electricity for when full power is not necessary. An added benefit of the K5.800 is that being built PVC and phthalate free the machine is fully recyclable.

I've only had the pressure washer for a couple of weeks but it was fairly straightforward to assemble and easy to use . It has been reliable to date but time will tell if the build quality is good although the warranty provides some reassurance .Interesting to note that the refurbished cost with warranty was lower than most sale prices on ebay .If the model you want isn't listed in the sale section on the Karcher Outlet website , keep checking as it is updated regularly .

This unit retails for £406 on the likes of Amazon, the unit replaces my 20month old K2.59 also from the outlet as I was after something more powerful. This K5.800 Eco is very powerful, the hose on a reel saves for frustration with tangled hoses around your car on the drive for instance. The Vario lance is longer than the previous model, but it's still pretty light. The machine is quite heavy, weighted you coud mabe say, so no more machine falling over and being dragged alonng on it's side. BUY ONE

First machine delivered failed to work due to faulty switch
Sent back and new machine returned within the week.
Nice piece of kit at a good reduction.
