We sell through our website, Amazon, eBay, and B2B accounts, and we''re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Executive to help keep our customers happy and coming back for more!
What You''ll Be Doing
- Chatting with customers via phone, email, live web chat, and online marketplaces (Amazon & eBay)
- Helping our B2B account customers with orders and advice
- Coordinating customer collections and keeping customers updated
- Building and maintaining records on our expanding website
- Taking ownership of tasks, solving problems, and working independently
What We''re Looking For
- Previous admin or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
- Basic Excel knowledge (sorting, finding duplicates, simple calculations)
- A confident, proactive attitude - you know how to get things done without constant supervision
- Friendly, approachable, and a team player
