This product arrived extremely well packed and protected. I expected to see the odd scratch or blemish but on inspection could find nothing to suggest that it had ever been used before, this looks like a brand new machine. I'm using it as a dust collector for my power tools and so far it is working very well
Only needed a cheap wetdry vacuum cleaner for the garage, so when I saw this for sale for less than £30 I thought try it.
Delivery was very quick from the supplier and well packaged.
I was suprised on opening the box it looked brand new, not a mark on it and it worked. I have only given 4*s for reliability as only had it a week so time will tell.

Strong suction and easy to use for my wife.
Happy with the product, it is fairly basic but does the job I want it for which is essentially a workshop cleaner with the option to connect it to power tools. Can't comment on reliability yet as haven't had it long enough to know.

Great vacuum cleaner it's compact, good on board stowage for tools and reasonably quite. Moves across the floor well I have on experience of it tipping over. Power lear a good length and will pick up anything inculding the cat.
Bought the refurb model which actually appears to be brand new. The ordering and delivery process was pain free. The product works well and I would definately buy from here again.
Being a clean freak I was distraught when my hoover broke and so i immediatly came online to find a replacement.This hoover delivered within 24 hours of ordering,so the delivery service is second to none.I have always used the henry or hettie range so I was looking for a good powerful hoover,
This one has not let me down,its light but powerful,excellent on hard surfaces as well as carpet,and is a pleasure to use,
I had read that some people thought this was quite a noisy hoover,well it isnt any louder than any other hoover that Ive used,so I wouldnt let this put you off.

Looks a fine machine and is ideal for use in the garage for cars etc.
when using wet water was coming out of the air vents so am i doing something wrong,takes ages to dry filter. but dry its very powerful and easy to use

Delighted with such a good quality vacuum for such a very low price. I can't comment on reliablity as I have just recently took delivery of it. It has very powerful suction, much better than the expensive well known brand that I have replaced with this one. I intend to buy another for my daughter!
So far cannot fault this, very light to carry and very good suction. Highly recommended
wow this vac is better than i thort so much i can use it to do i,e the car even thou i have 7 kids it pics up all there mess in the house i have all ready passed on to my friends to bay im now thinking on a jet washer

Can't fault it, by far better value than the equivalent VAX product.
Bought it initially for keeping the car clean but I'm hijacking it for work. Much better suction than the 'other brand', I currently use.
You wouldn't know it was 'refurbished' as opposed to new.
can't rate reliability accurately after a week but know of others that have lasted the distance.
