Refurbished product was in very good condition and worked perfectly. Why buy new when this does the job just as wel and only cost £30
i already have a very large karcher wanted a amall light but powerful 2cnd machine for cleaning flat roof balcony the k2 refurb is ideal exc value for money

Received the jetwash this week and have just used it on my car and the patio today - am very pleased with the results! The delivery of the jetwash was very quick and it was as new, apart from a slight scuff mark. Would defintely recommend anyone to use this website. Thank you!!!
Can't review reliability, only used it once to wash the car.
Firstly the pros:- Why it's called a refurb is beyond me, looks brand new apart from a few marks on the wheels! Great speedy delivery. Easy to assemble and very easy to use. Washed the car well. Fantastic price. Now the (1) con:- Very light, can easily be knockedpulled over.
Bought this to replace my Karcher 411A which was beyond economical repair, I'd had the 411A for well over 12 years using it at least once a week to wash vans, cars and to power wash a very large drive and patio twice a year. I think I have bought the wrong machine, the K2.38M is much smaller and lighter than the 411A, not the fault of Karcher or the machine, I should have researched my needs a bit better than I did, think I should have gone for the K4 series, which I will buy when this one fails.
Saying all the above, if you have onetwo cars and a small patio, the K2.38M would be ideal for you.
Very easy to set up and use, and did the job I bought it for with ease, excellent product.
This is an excellent product. I am getting elderly, and was finding an earlier model heavy to use. This is considerable smaller and lighter but seems in no way less efficient! Good p[rice too. It was reconditioned and seems like new. Thank you
