For a refurbished product it looks new.Instructions could have been a bit more detail but easy to work out.
Firstly I can't rate reliability yet as I have only just received the washer, However the " Outlet" have delivered on time, with excellent communications and unsurpassed value.
The item comes professionally packaged and its clear to see that a thorough refurbishment and testing has been.carried out.
Washer was delivered exactly as described and includes one bottle of universal cleaning concentrate.
What little assembly required is very straightforward if you can manage a screw driver, takes Max five minutes.
Operation manual is included, I feel very confident about my purchase a recommend this supplier to you.
The reason I write this review is not the product, (never had a problem in the past with K'Archer products) it is the 'no nonsense' 'no drama' super efficient service I received from K'Archer outlet. I bought the K3.550 on a pre buy basis and was fully prepared to wait the 10 days or so for delivery. To my great surprise it turned up 3 days after ordering! very well packaged, nothing missing and looks brand new.

Thoroougly satisfied with my purchase so far, can't comment on reliability just yet as only used it about 6-7 times. Arrived well packaged with instructions and in excellent condition. Has plenty of power to clean the car and be used for other chores around the home. Excellent value for money!

Superb ! Did our decking today using the T250 T racer, what a tool ! Decking looks very good and done in no time, and I did'nt get wet. I then used the dirt blaster on the patio and again what a superb tool. I bought a Challenge 2500 2 years ago and it's now useless so i thought i would buy a Karcher, from the Karcher Outlet saving me quite a lot of money on new,it was like new and did'nt look like used at all. I would definitely recommend this machine and the attachments to anyone. Service was good with excellent communication by Karcher. I have given it 3 stars for reliability simply because i have only used it once.
I have used only once. It is very powerful and not noisy. I am not sure about reliability as have use only once.
Arrived quick not tested yet a £200 washer (shop) for £89 if it was refurbed i cant tell everything looked new.
Took extended warranty for piece of mind only time will tell. Instructions were a photocopy and not good quality just download copy from Karcher website.
I have only used this unit once so far hench the 3 starts on reliability. it was easy to put together and did a great job on cleaning the car.
Both products that I have purchased recently have been excellent and performed exactly as claimed. (K3.550 T250T racer)

Excellent,very quick service, machine looks brand new,it's in very good condition,worked well when tried out,cleaned my patio easily,just a few stubborn stains left which im told can be removed with the dirt buster lance which i have now ordered .cant give a factual response for reliability only used it the once.but a good machine ( for the money )

Did not realise how dirty my patio and driveway were until I unleashed this beast on them!!! Truly incredible cleaning. Looking at it there is no way you could tell it is not brand new. Brilliant price and very fast delivery.
Great value for money, as it still fits all my other add on's form my last one.

This is great package 3.550 for a small product providing all the power needed for the jobs around the home and garden, you wouldn't know it was a reconditioned, not a mark, much more power then my previos model 2.56, cann't comment on the reliability use only for a small poriode if time, more than happy and contented, would purchase again form this company, excelent service for start to finish.

Finding it hard to justify the cost of a brand new Karcher I found that the refurbished models where ideal for my use and more affordable. I have given 5 stars for reliability although I have only used it four times for short periods since purchase, but, it has performed very well and I hope it will continue to do so. I found that being able to use a Karcher suction hose a bonus as I have a large garden and my hose pipe will not always reach. With the suction hose I just use a 5 gallon(sorry still in old money) container.
Over all it is an excellent peice of kit and would recommend one to anyone looking to buy. It is virtually brand new, my neighbour thought it was.
What a saving ! The pressure washer is as new.

Unit was a replacement for a previous Karcher washer I've had for years which had died, this new model is much more impressive. Rapid delivery, very good value, why pay £'s more for limited use. The patio washer is very effective. Only negative comment is that the photocopied instructions left something to be desired.
Like the idea of email and text from delivery company,goods in brown box but not a scratch for A grade product. Had my last washer lasted 3years not a karcher,it burnt out not my doing?
This just looks great bxxxdy heavy though glad its got wheels,tried it today on patio 30'x12' done in 20min then did car just like a new pin.Son came around asked if he could use it,no i said get your own "only joking" he has now ordered one. Well done Karcher now to see how long this lasts the name must speak for itself
