Although having given the machine an "Excellent " rating for ease of use and reliability, the machine has only been "Test run" to date. My best praises are for the help given by the staff at Karcher Outlet, regarding help to find a spare for my "retiring" K1010B, and very prompt action in forwarding a replacement part, probably damaged in delivery. At a purchase price of £79.99, I expected a "Basic" machine, so I ordered a hand brush and dirtblaster as extra,surprise,surprise............... these items were already "in" on the deal, a bonus!! Buying Online is so convenient, quick, and reliable. The onus is on the seller to present his product truthfully, by the written word! No sales person to deal with, who either doesn't know his product, or tries to bluff you with pressure sales talk. My sincere thanks. Mike J.
