I bought a different make and model but after using it realised not a patch on Karcher. Karcher is the Bee''s knees. Have several Katcher products and all are brilliant.
Solid build quality, well designed and easy to use. Small water tank, however there is a trade off with storage and ease of use and water capacity. Although regular refill required, heats up very qui kly and ready to continue use!
Never thought I’d buy a refurbished item, but the price was so reasonable I thought I’d give it a try.
It’s actually like new and works perfectly!
Prompt delivery easy to use looked brand new when opened.not scored on reliability has only as yet used it once.

Perfect for smaller jobs with the option of accessories for a range of applications. It is powerful, ergonomic, easy to use and gets the job done swiftly.
The cable is 4m which is a good length and ideally would be longer so an extension cable wouldn''t be needed so often. The tank capacity is not very big.
That said it is a great bit of kit and an asset to our equipment range. I highly recommend it.

As soon as I got it, I had to send it back for exchange as I was unable to remove the water safety lock. I was impressed by the customer service as it was returned new one delivered with 7 working days at no extra expense. Just used it to clean the inside of the soap dispenser on the washing machine which makes it look clean. This is my third Karcher gadget have again been impressed with the build quality easy of use on all my items. Well done
The second purchase I have made from archer and once again very pleased.
Used for the first time yesterday. Yes quite a bit of water comes through with the steam at first, so be warned. Then plenty of steam (and no water).
Product limited by a very small water tank but its large enough for small jobs
