Another great refurbished product and so much cheaper than buying new. Excellent product for the price and love the continuous steam function. Great on hard floors but also great on grease in the kitchen. Would recommend this product to anyone.
It''s easy to use and makes short work of cleaning. I used it in the bathroom and everything looks shiny and new after going at it with the SC4.
The refillable tank is handy as well, so you don''t have to stop, when you need a water refill.
One thing that I found annoying was fitting the cloth to floor tool. It was a bit fiddly, but nothing too major.
Buying a refurbished item was just as good as getting it new. So I''d definitely recommend a purchase from the outlet site.

All arrived quick and on time. Removable water tank arrived cracking but one email, responded in literally 10 min there sending a new one out.
Excellent price for our steamer. Have had 2 previously and paid full price. No difference in the refurbished. Excellent value for an excellent product.
I love the SC4 steamer, I had the S5200 in the past and it was brilliant but the weight, running out of water and waiting for hours to refill. Now this is so different, light as a feather, constant refilling and just so powerful.
