Easy to use.steam cleaned entire house on one tank of water.light wait.
Does exactly what it says on the tin for a really good price.
I used the cleaner soon after delivery (which was excellent). It works beautifully in the bathroom and kitchen leaving a super clean sparkling finish without much effort. I haven''t tried it on anything else yet , so can''t comment. Also, having had the steam cleaner for only a week I am not in a position to rate the reliability, hence 4 stars.

Just used it on my floors for the 1st time. So easy to clean up after a puppy, kids. The colour of the floor cloth said it all. So happy with this so far.
Item was delivered very fast, was well packaged and was like new.
this SC2 works far better than I thought, and is so small and light that I can take it all around the house. I was amazed at the ammount of dirt it cleaned from the tiled floors, which I thought were clean.
