Bought this Karcher K4 to replace my aging K2. Wow, this is a terrific piece of kit. Powerful and gives a great result to all my outdoor areas.

I bought a reconditioned k4 bundle after my old Karcher was stolen, it came ready made so there was no need to put it together, it was well packaged and looked brand new. These are quite bulky and heavy but the wheels and the fold down handle make it easier to move around. It came with a lot of accessories including a patio cleaner which is way better than the older one I had, the led indicators on the lance are a bit of a gimmick in my opinion as I rarely use it on anything other than full power, but they look cool. A few minor gripes are that there were no instructions included, but seeing as it was already made it didn''t really matter and although the hose is a really good length it''s a bit fiddly to un wind and wind up again. I have given the review 5 stars for reliability based on my old machine which was over ten years old and still going strong, overall I''m very please it was good value is super powerful and easy to use,
Bought the K4 refurbished bundle to replace an eleven year old K2 (which I had passed to my son). Love the Karcher build and you really couldn’t tell it was refurbished. Bundle included the vario lance and T racer wall and patio attachment which is fantastic. Wish it had included a dirt blaster lance but that’s something I can purchase separately (or steal back from my son!).

It is hard to distinguish between a refurbished unit and brand new. The K4 was brought to replace my K2 which was 11 years old and passed down the line. So reliable. Thanks JMS and Karcher
Arrived quickly well packaged. Did not look refurbished great condition. Used today and what a good power washer it is l prefer to my previous petrol one and patio cleaner brilliant

A super new machine which is a great improvement over the old one. The T350 didn''t work properly but was replaced without any argument.

Brilliant Piece of Kit
Previously had the k2 which was ok but lacked umphhh. Easy to connect and move around. Loads of power and easily tackles jobs that the k2 struggled with. I like the way you attach the detergent bottle as well. Pop in the top and away you go.
I received my pressure washer within 3 days of ordering, I was kept informed of the delivery which was right on time. Everything was well packed. The pressure washer and vario lance appeared to be new and unused as no marks or scuffs were found same with the T350 patio cleaner and dirt blaster lance looked brand new. The pressure washer and vario lance work perfectly but I had a bit of a problem with the dirt blaster lance and the T350 patio cleaner. However I emailed Karcher Outlet explaining the problem and within 1 hr I received a reply that replacements would be sent out immediately. this was on Tuesday first day back following the Christmas break. Two days later they arrived at my address new replacements both of which work perfectly. I would certainly use this company again and highly recommend them and the pressure washers.
Great piece of kit, you can really tell the build quality is a step up from the competition and the price seems very reasonable for Karcher products. Karcher Outlet were very helpful and when I had a small issue with my order they immediately rectified it, no questions asked, excellent customer service.
The machine was as new on receipt, easy to use,and powerful in operation,I previously owned another make which did not last and was twice the price. Glad I bought this Karcher am sure it will give long and reliable service.

What fantastic service item arrived very quickly, the pressure washer and accessories as new and at a fraction of shop prices, this is the second time I have used karcher outlet and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
I used the patio brush attachment on the drive and with very little effort it clean up as new.
