Had no qualms about buying a refurbished product since it is backed by Karcher themselves. Product is great, really neat with everything inside the casing (long hose that winds away is very good). No manual included in the pack, which was a bit of a surprise, but easy to download from the net anyway. Product looks brand new and seems to work just fine - takes all my old attachments as well so able to reuse things like the conservatory and patio cleaners.
All in all - a good buy, easy to purchase and prompt delivery, plus you save a bundle of money!

I built myself a 110 square mtr timber deck and needed an easy way of cleaning it.
It does take me about two days, but it is two days of fun, using this wonderful tool.
It works great on my hardwood furniture as well!
Only mistake, watch out for frost!
I did not drain mine down when we had minus 18 degrees.
Damaged the lance which i have replaced.

Trigger keeps sticking and is likely to break. Handle on hose reel is very stiff and difficult to operate.
