I bought this as my Dad blew up his K2 just out of warranty! Gave him my K3! Bought this K5!
Seems obviously more powerful than K3. Looks similar to K3 so easy to assemble. As easy to use. Only washed cars with it so far. Not full control lance as don''t think it will last! K3 did all I asked of it just wanted more power to clean paving and save time soon it!
Very pleased it appears as new. Can't give reliability score at such an early date. Highly recommendede

I was slightly dubious about ordering a 'refurbished' item, however I am not disappointed, it's as good as new.
Well I was a little bit unsure about buying a refurbished K5. But so far I'm very happy with my purchase. delivery was quick - and saved a few quid on the new price so have been able to buy a few accessories. I'd take out the extra warranty - for peace of mind - A big thumbs up from Me !!
I had to replace my karcher 4 after it was stolen' whilst looking online for a replacement I came across kracher outlet and I purchesed a refurbished K5 model.
It arrived 2 days later built it up in minute looks great yes it has a few scuff marks but nothing too bad. I would definitely recommend kracher outlet to anyone.
From order to delivery was only 3 days. The product was indistinguishable from new apart from it had been repacked into a non standard box. Check the price! It does vary quite a lot depending on how much stock they have to sell!
Overall a great value purchase
I haven't rated reliability because I don't know yet. If my old pressure washer is anything to go by it will be good. After 20 years of quite extensive use it has been pensioned off!

The K5 is excellent...buying the refurbished K5 with the extra warranty is a great deal.
Wouldn't consider anything else but Karcher.
Very pleased with my "refurbished" K5 and the price. Would a new one have been any different?
Looked at various brandsmodels and I kept on coming back to the K5 so I initially sent an email to karcher outlet and got a call on 16th March from Lee. He basically reasurred me how little (if any) use these units have had and thay they range from being ex display to returned by customers because of various reasons but every unit are thoroughly inspected and if needed parts replaced and basically put back to factory standard. I was told though that there maybe signs of cosmetic damage to the outer body of but for me I can live providing the actual machine workings are as good as new. Place my order on the 18th March and received emails to confirm order etc and also emailstext messages when it was 'en route'. Well it was delivered this morning and all I can say is 'WOW'. On inspection the only sign of weardamage are a few scratches on the Karcher badge on the front of the unit. Wheels look like they might have travelled an overall of 10 foot and the slightest mark on the handle, well I can most definately live with these as i`ve touched in the scratches, put some plastic restorer on the wheels and rubbed the mark off the handle. Regarding the rest of the parts it came with i`d say the hose and attachments are brand fire new. Connected it up to mains and water and 'DOUBLE WOW' fantastic power and quieter than I thought it would be. Absolutely chuffed to bits with my purchase and with definately recommend you to as many people I can because the way I see it is i`ve got a brand spanking new K5 with attachments for £179.99. The only bad thing I can say is when I connected the water supply there was a leak from the connector but thats nothing to do with you guys thats my fault for buying a cheap connector so your overall score stays at no brainer 1010. Excellent power washer, I perchased a 110bar from factory direct 10 years ago and it's just given up so I've perchased this as a replacement, I went for a descent powered one this tim, excellent price, came with all the accessories and with exception of one tiny mark on it, it was perfect

Arrived well packaged with full instructions enclosed, didn't look like it had been used before (no scratchesmarks etc). Plenty of power for use on the cars with the standard lance. but with the Dirt Blaster lance on the patio, it does an awesome job. A1 PRODUCT...
Refurbished item but not much wrong cosmetically.

Arrived with a broken handle but the box was in a poor state and had been taped up by the delivery company. I emailed Karcher outlet immediately and had a reply within minutes with the promise of despatch of a new part which arrived 2 days later.
Not used enough to comment on reliability but my old one has lasted many years so no reason to expect any less.
While scouring the net for a new karcher pressure washer,as my other was over 10 years old and had lost pressure, I came across the karcher outlet site.. amazing half the price without all the extra bits which I already had, fantastic value, arrived on time and as far as I can see its brand new, not a scratch or scuff as the referb deion said it might have, already recommended to family and friends. A superb product from Karcher as normal. A big step-up in performance compared to my K2. The service and delivery from this outlet has been first class. I would recommend this to everyone and wouldn't shop elsewhere

When the washer arrived I was suprised how pristene it looked, although I purchased a referbished unit it looked new. Having not had the opportunity to use it yet I have not rated its reliability as yet, but have no quarms with that.

The delivery service was impressive, it arrived the day after ordering.It took no time to assemble and straight to work.It performs well and is so much better than my previous Nilfisk model of similar spec.So far I am very happy with it.A previous Karcher was very reliable,so reason to suspect this will be any different.
Arrived promptly. Good as new from the box. Great Service. Too soon to mark reliability. Last Karcher lasted 10 years.
Great for use with the chassis washer on the motorhome.
The only sign of this being a refurbished unit was some wear of the paint markings on the lance. New high pressure hose supplied.
